This is probably going on the back of the recent news, or shocking news about how much food we waste each year.

Although it is prevalent in the US to take your leftover food from restaurants home it seems an embarrassment here. I think this attitude should change as it means that less food waste as the restaurant will just chuck it in the bin, means you can have something that you paid for in full to take home and there should be no embarrassment as in a way you are saying to the chef, we like it so much we are taking it home.
