Great for real Japanese Green Tea but their mixed beer bundle is good value as well, which includes a dark beer by Asahi that I love. It reminds me a bit of the Czech dark beer .

It has been a while since I've watched an episode of Da Ali G Show on TV but caught the last half of one tonight. Not sure if it was a new series or a repeat but it had its usual funny and cringeworthy scenes.

Tonight he was visiting a farm which had a Vet explain stuff to him. Ali wondered why there were loads of sick animals during the Vietnam war. The Vet then spent ages explain the difference between a vet and a 'vet'. He kept on getting the terms confused just to annoy the hell out of him.

Later he asked where the lions and hippopotamus were so the vet explained that it was just a farm and not a zoo. Of course Ali made the point that a farm is just a crap zoo.

When he left, the vet was just shaking his head in disbelief.

Very funny. Had me in stitches, whilst ironing!

Then there was the "what punishment should be given out to suicide bombers" scene.... 

This has got to be the best cocktail out there, well maybe not the one with the most finesse but it blows your socks away.

I love it. I even fell asleep on the walk back from the toilet after spending most of the night drinking the ones I made myself. My forehead took a little graze on the metal strip and holds the carpet on the floor underneath the door, but apart from that I was OK!

Recipe is simple:

Equal measures of Barcardi , Gin, Vodka, Triple Sec and Tequila and top up with Coke . For me it has to be Coke Cola, as Pepsi gives it a different taste to my liking. A squeeze of lime juice is good. Normally at home I don't have Tequila, so I just make it with the rest.

A Long Island Iced Tea makes a good start or finish to the evenings proceedings.
